Tempered Resilience: Becoming an Adaptive Leader Webinar and Group Sessions

March 15 at noon, Author Tod Bolsinger will lead a webinar based on his book Tempered Resilience with Bishop Carter moderating.

Cultivating leadership not just to survive but to thrive. Tod Bolsinger provides a vision and language for how we address the trials and crucible of leadership in the midst of change. There is no cost to participate, but participants must purchase a copy of Tempered ResilienceUse code TR30 to receive 30% off.

Following the webinar Clergy colleague and study groups will be offered for 8 sessions. Each district will host their own group intended for full-time clergy members.

Beginning March 15, Eric Lineberry, Chair of the Fellowship of LP & AM and Kim Ingram, Director of Ministerial Services, will host a group for part-time local pastors and others for whom the time works best.
