Reclaiming and Living Covenant : An In-Depth Lenten Study

The Baltimore-Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church has created and shared an in-depth Lenten study with a focus on scripture, UMC Social Principles, and anti-racism.

Although it is intended to be started on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, this study is enlightening enough to be completed at any point throughout the year.

There are 6 sessions covering biblical excerpts, UMC doctrine, and various articles.

Under "Appendix B: Going Deeper" are suggested accompaniments and preparations to each session with short videos, TED Talks, podcasts, and articles with activists such as Ibram X. Kendi, Bryan Stevenson, and Ava DuVernay.

In addition to the full Reclaiming and Living Covenant study stands a Youth Supplement geared towards Youth and Youth Leaders.
