Outward Mindset Training
This March 8 and 9, a special opportunity for teams of Pastors and their Local Church Lay Leaders to receive Outward Mindset Training with the Arbinger Institute will be held at the District Office. An outward mindset is a focus on others and the community around us. Participants are expected to gain tools for self-awareness, mindset change, accountability, and collaboration. Read more on the Outward Mindset Training here.
This two-day event is fully funded by the district and will be facilitated by Rene Wilt and our own Joy Moss. Mark Ralls will be participating with District Lay Leader, Russ Darnell. Please call Mark for more information.
