Information about Volunteering

    Conference ERTs are trained, credentialed and registered through the Disaster Response Ministry of the conference. Early Response Teams will be notified for deployment by the District or Conference Coordinator(s), if needed.
  • ERT Work in other Conferences:
    Invitations to aid outside our conference will be communicated to you as they arrive in our office. Sometimes they are also available at UMVIM. https://www.umvim.org/disaster-recovery-opportunities
  • ERT Members be sure to review your training manual and check to see if your badge is up to date.
    The MRC needs extra help moving UMCOR cleaning buckets and hygiene kits to make room for hurricane season staging. Groups or individuals wishing to help sort mission materials or volunteer in other ways should contact Brian Mateer 704.714.2340  
    Hours:  9:00 am - 1:00 pm on 3rd Saturdays & 4th Tuesdays
                  9:00 am - 1:00 pm & 1:30 - 5:30 pm  2nd Tuesdays
    Location: 8973 Greenwood Road, Terrell NC.
